Following Tuesday night’s public hearing inside a jam-packed Furnace Brook Middle School library academy commission members voted 4-1 with Dennis Scollins voting no to pass the district’s initial budget of just under $40.8 million for fiscal 2011 which starts July 1 and covers the 2010-2011 school year.
