Meagan Danae Newman has been named to the drop President’s Honor Roll at Southeastern Oklahoma State University. To be Eligible for the President’s Honor roll a student must complete a minimum of 12 semester hours of college-level courses with a 4.0 grade-point average with no grade lower than A.
