A Rosedale staple for more than 17 years the Rebel House must be doing something right. Although the match in the area has steadily increased with the arrival of Le Petit Castor the Monk's Table (formerly the Abbott on the Hill) and (long ago) the Quail and the Firkin co-owners Bruce Roberts and David Logan's commitment to a quality production -- be it the drink or the food -- keeps the Rebel close to the hearts of area locals.
