InTechnology provides a range of products for managed voice data and network services. We are currently recruiting for a Receptionist Administrator to job from our office in London. The role will involve being the first point of contact for visitors and telephone calls to the London office managing room booking requests providing refreshments for our visitors and organizing catering for meetings and arranging training events and supporting documentation. You will also be involved in general administrative support like and when required arranging transport for Customers along with managing and maintaining a professional reception and customer area. The ideal candidate will be intent hard working and motivated with the capacity to demonstrate a professional manner both face to face and through the telephone and a desire to supply a high quality of service both internally and externally. You will also be confident and have excellent verbal communication and organisational skills. Salary for this position will be £20000.00 22000.00 per year with bonus and competitive benefits.
