The Wyomissing School District is gearing up to start construction on an addition to West Reading Elementary School. After two years of public dispute the district decided to renovate the academy and add onto it to help leisure overcrowding.
A knife-wielding man carjacked a Pittsburgh Public Schools teacher in the parking lot of a Hill District elemental academy this morning authorities said.
